1. For reasons of hygiene, changes or returns will not be made in swimsuits and underwear. Please review the size guide carefully before making your purchase.

2. Complementary products are subject to exchange or return in case of manufacturing defect. To make a change effective, the product must be in the same condition in which it was sent, without signs of having been used, washed or dirty. You must bring the original labels including the composition and brand labels.

3. Returns are made through a coupon that can be used in our online store, valid for three months from the date on which the merchandise in question is received. The return will be made for the same amount that was paid, including products on sales or liquidation.

4. Shipping costs caused by exchanges are not covered by us, unless it is a return due to manufacturing defects.

5. For swimsuits, you have 7 (natural) days from the date you receive your merchandise to file any claim for manufacturing defects.
For complementary products, you have 7 (natural) days from the date you receive your order to file any claim for manufacturing defects or physical changes.
